10% of monthly rental payments
  • Collecting deposits and registering with the Tenancy deposit scheme

  • Preparing independent inventory and schedule of condition.

  • Checking the tenant into the property and agreeing the inventory

  • Gas, electricity, and council tax accounts transfer all done seamlessly on our online property hub.

  • Receiving rental payments in advance and providing invoices of payments with detailed statements

  • Access to our online portal to monitor maintenance or repair works raised and carried out.

  • Arranging renewal off agreements as necessary

  • Checking tenants out of aproperty as required and re-letting.
